I’ve had a lifelong passion for hair and makeup for as long as I can remember. Yes, I was that girl in high school—the one who dumped out her entire makeup bag to glam up everyone in drama class. Didn’t have your shade? No problem! I’d just mix a little eyeshadow and make it work. That God-given creativity eventually led me to open my own studio, Your Makeup Expert, in 2004.
But before stepping into the beauty industry, I was—and still am—a wife and stay-at-home mama of three. Just over a year after launching my business, Your Makeup Expert quickly became a go-to for elite brides and celebrities across Houston. I’ve had the privilege of working with national names like Brené Brown, Dr. Oz, Conan O’Brien, and more (full list available upon request), along with NFL and MLB media personalities and Fortune 500 companies. I’ve even launched my own luxury makeup line.
Today, I’m expanding my creative journey into brand and media consulting—helping businesses, nonprofits, and personal brands clearly and beautifully communicate their mission through their online presence.

Yes, I’m a makeup artist—but my passion runs deeper than the perfect highlight or flawless blend. I’m a wife, a mama, and a big believer in the power of community, purpose, and a really good cup of tea.
When I’m not creating beautiful looks, you’ll find me speaking to women in business, encouraging faith-filled leaders, or hosting tea parties under the oaks in my backyard grove. I’m also deeply committed to the fight against human trafficking and helping women reclaim their worth and voice.
I’ve seen how women rise when they feel seen, heard, and valued—and that’s what drives everything I do. Whether I’m behind the scenes, behind the mic, or surrounded by teacups and sunshine—my heart is all in.
